So here is my review of the Action Camcorder available here. I paid 29.99 however it looks like stocks may have run out at that price.

I bought this with Amazon Prime so it arrived super speedy. The specs look very impressive, boasting 720p at 120fps, waterproof up to 30m, WiFi enabled, 12 megapixels and a remote controller. It doesn't have any internal memory so i purchased a 32GB card for 5 to go with it.

The Camera its self measures 59x44x24mm and weighs just 68g. I will mention at this point I have never used a camera like this before, but this thing is very light and compact for what it does.

You get a snazzy carry case and a vast array of adapters with the camera. I am not 100% sure what all the bits do but there are options at least. As well as the attachments, it also has a USB charger and wall plug.

The waterproof case is very good quality, I have not tested its effectiveness, but would certainly withstand some rain. It should help protect against the camera being dropped so I have opted to mount the camera in that.

The first problem I had was attaching the camera to a blaster. There is nothing that is ideal that comes with the camera, but that is to be expected as it is not designed for us. This is not a flaw of the camera as I am sure there are things to resolve this issue.

This is how I did it in the end:

It is secure enough like that, but I will look into a sturdier option.

Now I could talk for ages about the look of the video etc etc, but in reality I do not know enough to give a decent account, so here is some footage for you all to experience first hand.

This is the first test on a Lawbringer.
I wasn't sure if the Barrel being in frame was affecting the focus so in the next one I made sure you could not see the blaster.

Demolisger test to see how the flywheels affect audio.
This is an unmodded Demolisher as I had no packs charged up.

And finally on a pump action to see what extra movement on the blaster does.

This is shot at 720p, 120fps with image stabilisation on.

I couldn't get the camera to link with my Mac, but I hate the Apple interface. The Wifi feature on the camera is excellent, it allows you to connect your Smartphone to the camera and either view/record remotely, or download direct from the camera to your phone.
So at the end of a war, numerous people could either view your footage or download it for themselves if you want.

Overall for the price I paid I am really happy. I need to sort some better mounts, but that would be the case with any camera. My only other concern is the battery, it claims its 1100mAh, but seemed to fluctuate on the screen as to how much charge was in there.
My wife is due to take it out on her horse over the next week so that will be its first test of how long the battery lasts.

If you feel I have missed anything and you would like me to comment on it please let me know. Or if you are more experienced and want to pass comment on the footage then please do.

I hope this has been helpful.

Its all fun and games until someone loses an eye.....then its just a game, find the eye.

Thats pretty much what I expected, dark slightly grainy footage. But for 30 to get the case iand wifi, and more footage options, its a bargain

If you run a power bank then battery life is better, see Boffs kit post from last season. TBH GoPro battery life is nothing spectacular either.

Boff whats the damage? I have spent over 3 times my Nerf budget this month already. Part of me is trying to be a responsible parent/husband/house owner. The other half is just says 'Ahhhh, Screw it!'.
