I am going to try and collect as many of these as possible. We will be starting with XD Flywheelers, because they are available as I write. I will add other stuff s it becomes available,

Interesting stock CAM vs Stryfe Data

Why the three deleted data points on the Stryfe?

Otherwise, this doesn't surprise me: the longer barrel length from the ECS would cripple any gains made elsewhere.

I will check that Stryfe sheet again. Google docs was being a pain yesterday. I reckon about 3-5fps loss from the barrel. I will repeat a Stryfe test with a retal barrel for comparison.

New data coming up, expect to see Demolisher vs Cam Vs Stryfe, I will put it in this post in a minute. Meanwhile the Rhino Fire is in the Stock Blaster thread.
Here is the Test Data- Interesting?

This is a really interesting test/comparison.

So the two new blasters are a considerable improvement over the old? I guess this was to be expected really but does this data tell us anything else?

(that's a serious question. I don't really understand maths despite the obvious.)

The ELI5 version,
The Cam is a turd in stock performance terms, quite a bit behind the old Elite Stryfe. The Demolisher is around 1 FPS quicker than the Stryfe, despite XD branding. The Rhino Fire, with its splined motor shaft and more importantly bigger batteries, is considerably better than all tested stock flywheels to date!

Note the appalling variance in the demolisher. I am told this is atleast partially due to lousy pusher assembly not loading darts right, which is an easy fix.

Yeah, I will be doing the mod to it. I think there are some advances in these blasters, which need proper exploration. God knows what is going on with the Cam, I put new batteries in it and expected it to be nearer the Stryfe, despite its faux barrel.
Another thing I noticed was that the Rhinofire is really inaccurate, more so than a RS, at least on Elites. It's performance was way better than expected. In getting an idea of how to test it I scored a 91fps shot!

Yeah, we noticed that. It doesn't get much better at 3S but does seem to quite like Koosh darts, in our limited trials. However, what you lose in accuracy, you're making up for in terms of massive cone of fire from 2 barrels. Smile

Nobody was going to mistake the RF for a DMR were they! I did get "when are you going to mod one?" questions about the RF, which I directed to your build.
I still think the quad turret idea has possibilities. When I mod the Demolisher I will measure the flywheel diameter and gap.

We also have a Rhino Fire wiring harness kit lurking on the website. I'm yet to publicise it because I haven't been able to make the listing look pretty with pictures (reasons). However, it is there. Smile
